The opportunity

MM Management is hiring a full-time Sales / Chatting Manager to own daily sales execution across a remote team serving adult creator subscription accounts. This is not a reporting-only management role. You will run the team rhythm, inspect conversation quality and Infloww data, coach chatters against specific evidence and enter the chats yourself when a teammate is absent, volume spikes or an important fan needs experienced support. A manager must be able to demonstrate excellent live chatting, not only explain how somebody else should sell. You will own the commercial systems around the conversations. That includes building an OnlyFans sales-content plan from fan demand, purchase history, objections, creator boundaries and the offers the team needs; keeping the vault and account ready to sell; identifying missing content; coordinating model content requests; and making sure chatters have the right scripts, menus, bundles, PPV assets and follow-up paths. You will design and analyse mass-message and PPV campaigns, improve value ladders and suggest practical sales-system optimisations based on observed friction and measured results. AI should make the manager faster and more rigorous without replacing judgment. You may use approved AI tools to analyse anonymised conversation patterns, organise data, surface objections, draft script variants and produce PPV copy options. You remain responsible for checking every output against the creator's voice, boundaries, pricing, facts and customer context before it reaches a live account. Changes should be versioned, tested and measured rather than pushed from opinion or raw AI output. You will stay close to the team through direct communication and observation. Regular Telegram or Discord calls, including authorised screen-sharing reviews, should help you watch the real workflow, collect chatter feedback, find tool or content gaps, coach specific behaviour and verify that a change works in practice. The standard is proactive ownership: solve the problem in front of you, notice the next constraint, communicate early and contribute beyond the minimum task list when the sales department needs it. The role is remote and full-time with reliable coverage across an agreed shift, including evening or weekend coverage where required. What you will own

  • Run a clear daily team rhythm, including calls, priorities, targets, blockers, coverage and handovers
  • Monitor team and individual revenue, conversion, response, PPV, retention and quality metrics in Infloww and the agency's reporting systems
  • Inspect live and historical chat evidence, coach specific behaviour and verify whether the next version improved
  • Enter the chats personally to cover absent teammates, high-volume periods, difficult conversations and important sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong live written selling and maintain the same creator voice, privacy and handover standards expected from chatters
  • Build a rolling OnlyFans sales-content plan from fan demand, purchase history, creator boundaries, offer strategy and identified content gaps
  • Translate the content plan into prioritised vault work, model content requests, scripts, menus, bundles, PPV assets and follow-up paths
  • Identify high-value fans, build personalised retention plans and coordinate the content or model requests needed to retain and grow them
  • Own welcome, introduction, upsell, objection, renewal and content-specific scripts; test changes rather than rewriting from opinion
  • Use approved AI tools to analyse anonymised chat patterns and draft script or PPV variants, then verify every output before use
  • Plan, write, schedule and analyse mass-message and PPV campaigns, including audience, timing, frequency, copy, offer and follow-up
  • Audit account sales readiness, including vault organisation, available content, approved pricing, scripts, permissions and unresolved blockers
  • Suggest and implement practical sales-system optimisations based on data, screen observation and chatter feedback
  • Run regular Telegram or Discord check-ins and authorised screen-sharing reviews with chatters to understand their real workflow
  • Survey the team for recurring objections, account friction, missing content and process failures, then close the feedback loop
  • Inspect the quality and accuracy of shift reports, sales reporting and salary inputs through regular sample checks
  • Protect shift coverage, response times and clean handovers so valuable conversations do not disappear between operators
  • Build reusable training documents and lessons from QA findings, winning conversations and recurring mistakes
  • Handle underperformance with direct feedback, documented expectations, coaching and proportionate corrective action
  • Protect fan privacy, creator boundaries, account access and confidential commercial information in every review and AI workflow
  • Take proactive ownership beyond the written task list when a preventable sales, coverage or account problem needs a responsible owner
  • Help the function scale across more creator accounts and, over time, support or manage additional sales managers

What excellent looks like

You have led a measurable sales, live-chat or appointment-conversion team and can prove the team size, accounts, targets, revenue or conversion baseline and the change you personally produced. You remain a capable seller: you can enter a live conversation, adapt to the creator's voice, work the value ladder and leave a clean handover when the team needs coverage. You can turn chat data and direct chatter feedback into an OnlyFans content plan, scripts, PPV campaigns, account improvements and focused tests. You understand how to use AI for analysis and drafting without leaking private data, inventing facts or allowing unchecked copy onto a live account. You are comfortable observing real workflows through Telegram or Discord screen sharing, giving precise coaching and asking the team what blocks performance. You are commercially sharp but not reckless, strong with numbers, calm under pressure and willing to solve work outside a narrow job description. You build systems that remain usable as the team grows and do not wait for Mason to identify every problem first.
