Instagram Social Media Manager / Phone Operator

The opportunity

MM Management is hiring a full-time Instagram Social Media Manager / Phone Operator to execute daily posting and account care across creator accounts. This is primarily an operations role, not a second Creative Strategist: content direction, brand positioning, captions and posting priorities will normally be supplied by the creative or marketing lead, while you make sure the correct content reaches the correct Instagram account safely, on time and in the required order. You may operate through your own agreed physical device, an approved spare device or MM's remote-phone access system connected to agency phones. The work includes secure account login, manual Instagram navigation, profile switching, Reels or other assigned posting, account warming, basic account maintenance, device checks, evidence capture, accurate status tracking and clean handovers. We need to understand exactly which iPhones or Android devices you own, whether any are genuinely spare, whether you are willing to use remote access for manual phone management and whether you would consider an approved jailbreak on a compatible spare device you own. Jailbreaking is not a casual experiment and will never be requested on a primary personal phone without explicit agreement. Instagram is the sole platform focus for this opening. The role is remote and full-time, with seven days preferred and six accepted because account coverage and posting continue throughout the week.
