You will take full ownership of X (Twitter) as a growth channel across a small portfolio of adult creator accounts. We already have large content libraries; your job is to turn that supply into consistent posting, native engagement, account growth, qualified traffic and paying subscribers. You will be trusted to build the plan, run the accounts, test aggressively and report what the numbers say with minimal supervision. We can fund sensible account, tool and testing needs once agreed. Base compensation is $3–$4 USD per hour, with meaningful upside tied primarily to verified subscriber and revenue impact—not vanity metrics. What you will own
- Create a comprehensive practical growth plan
- Build and run daily posting operations across several X accounts
- Turn existing photo and video banks into native posts, threads, replies and repeatable content series
- Write strong hooks, captions and calls to action in each model’s voice
- Grow accounts through platform-native engagement, trend awareness and disciplined experimentation
- Test posting times, formats, content angles and conversion paths without confusing noise for signal
- Track account health, follower quality, profile visits, link clicks, subscribers and attributable revenue
- Recommend account purchases, tools and controlled spend, then protect access and follow platform rules
- Send concise daily updates and a weekly scorecard covering output, signal, problems, decisions and next actions
What excellent looks like
A proven X/Twitter operator who can show accounts they personally grew and explain exactly what they did. Strong written English, internet culture and creator-marketing instincts; comfortable managing multiple accounts and working professionally with adult creator brands. Commercially minded: measures qualified traffic, subscribers and revenue rather than celebrating empty follower growth. Autonomous, fast and organised, but careful with account security, platform risk and evidence. Able to take a large content bank, create a clear testing system and make decisions without needing Mason involved day to day.
